From start to finish, quality service! The agent who took my order was outstanding! She really wanted to help. Great job enterprise!
I am giving a 5 star rating to the Sales Associate that got me into my rental on 7/10/17 but a 0 start rating to the Sales Associate Christy that works at 5087 Transit Rd in East Amherst, NY location. I could not believe that as I was at the counter doing paper work to get my rental she locked the doors and turned off the lights. YES she turned off the lights while I was at the counter!!! We finished doing paper work in the dark. Yes I made a sarcastic comment and Christy (Yes I asked her name) gave the nastiest look to me and the rep I was working. Whom was very apologetic for her actions. I wish I could read his name on the agreement because he should be commended and for Christy she should probably find a job that doesn't involve people or animals.
There was no apology, no offer to discount, no offer to help, no understanding that a call would have been nice to see if he still needed the car before they gave it away, and absolutely no kindness or concern for the customer.
Professional, efficient and friendly staff. Rental went smoothly as is usual for this location.
My husband called the district manager to explain what happened only to find out he had been at the branch we were at the entire time, heard what was happening and chose to stay hiddden to do nothing.
My husband was late for the conference and had to take our family mini van full of goldfish crubs and all.
We arrived at 11am and were informed that they had given the car ,he reserved,away. They informed us it was our fault for being late and that there were no available cars till 1pm.
They did not call to let him know they were giving away his car, they didn't offer to call any other branches to try and get him a car, a near by fellow customer literally had to suggest they do that bf they bothered to do anything to help, they called only one other branch and then told us we should have been there on time. The staff was incrediably rude.
I was shocked today at the horriable service and customer care I experienced at the East Amherst Enterprise. If it were possiable I would give zero stars.
My husband travels frequently for work and has used enterprise for 20 years. He reserved a car for 10am today through Monday to attend a conference in Toronto. This morning he had a meeting go over (a common thing that happens in many businesses) I offered to help save him time by picking him up and rushing him over to the enterprise to grab his car and head to the conference.
He told my husband over the phone he could find him something, he then called back 10 min later and told him, no there was nothing and he should have been on time.
Always good to rent from enterprise. Always helpful folks who do nothing but want to give you the best value and experience. I always choose them and reccomend them.
If a company is going to cancel someone's reservation and leave them stranded then why would there not be a call before doing so? How about a window of time they can get the car in? Even a fee if the reservation is not filled would have been a better option then being stranded with no option. The company could have a period the car sits be longer then an hour! Common sense customer service is completely absent at this branch of enterprise and apparently even through out the district. Our 20 year relationship is over.
