I traveled for 45 minutes to get my hair colored and so that my daughter could get a haircut before school started. The receptionist was not very engaging and did not alert my stylist that I was there. After waiting a short time my stylist came out and said that her boss/the owner told her that she had to go home. My stylist who was very apologetic offered to reschedule me for another day on her time however a boss who asks his stylist to cancel appointments and lets money walk out the door does not really care about his customers or his business. Very unprofessional.

I'm so thankful for Rose cutting/styling my hair! It can be hard for me to figure out what I want to do with it and she helps me get what I like without making me feel pressured/bad for not being sure (or making me more confused) . She makes it look better than I thought it could and is so funny and kind!
My mom has been going to capellos since before I was born so of course the second I needed a haircut, that's exactly where I went to. Liz Karcher has been doing my hair my whole entire life and while I've had other people try to cut and color my hair, nobody does it as amazing and incredibly as she does. I love how she really knows what she's doing and is constantly updating her knowledge. She has the answers to every question I ask and you can tell she is just so passionate about what she does. Oddly talking about her is making me miss her already so it's a good thing I'm seeing her soon lol. You'll have an amazing experience I promise :)
Rose does an amazing job! My hair always looks amazing. My hair is difficult to deal with, but she makes it look easy. So friendly and sweet too!
I'm so glad I found her when my last stylist (at a different salon) retired, I get nervous when I don't know who to trust with my hair.
