Very nice atmosphere. You can bring your animals inside. You can shampoo etc your pet yourself at your leisure with all supplies you'd need. Everyone is very nice. I have a bad back & someone always offers to bring my purchase to my vehicle. We've not found coupons for Buffalo Blue Diamond, but today it was $10.00 off.
Great place to shop, check out the great selection of cats offered by ten lives club too. They have some cute ones.
I haven't owned a cat in over 9 years and I was excited to own one again. Andy the customer service rep there was extremely helpful in helping me re-orient which brands of food were good and which toys were most played with. I couldn't imagine a better pet store than here. Prices are decent and the rest of the staff was very helpful too. I know I'll be coming back here for future purchases.
