The community is very active, with weekly gatherings and children's classes. This Muharram, in fact, they will be having English speeches each of the first dozen or so nights (and Ashura).
Great community center, a place to bring your family. All faiths are welcome and are encouraged to attend. Even though this place is build upon Shia principles, however all are welcomed to join and learn and be part of a multicultural community. Management is extremely friendly and accommodating.
I went here on a field trip for my AP World class - it's everything you could want it to be. Everyone there was nice and taught us about Islam, even letting us sit in on a prayer session.
Salam...... had heard many things about this place, unfortunately it is all true, there is only fighting and using foul language. I also heard they took their Alim to court and most of Shia Brothers & Sisters have been banned therefore, I was invited to another place and surprisingly I saw most of Shia families and the Alim, when asked about problems almost everyone had something to say. very sad!!!!!!!!
