I rented a climate controlled room for about 4 months. The staff were always polite , the prices very reasonable and the fact that they have a truck to rent is really convenient. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a tape recorder from them through Etsy on the net. It didn't work, so I sent it back. By taking 2 photos of the stamped serial number and rearranging the numbers by Photoshop on one of them, they accused me of returning a different machine, refused to refund my money, and threatened to file a mail fraud complaint to try to scare me off. I'm pursuing the money through Etsy, but don't have much hope. I would recommend staying away from these people.
Their people skills are absolutely grand. My experience over two years was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing storage on a short or long term basis.
